ABSTRACT
The ophtalmoplegia may be due to several lesions and the diagnosis is made by imaging modalities. We report the case of a giant aneurysm of the right intracavernous internal carotid artery revealed by painful ophtalmoplegia with subarachnoid haemorrhage.
