Some relevant factors which may affect the intelligence quotient [IQ]

ABSTRACT
The study included 390 children [216 mentaly retarded and 174 control]. It was conducted in El Riyadh City [Saudi Arabia]. Different factors which affect the I.Q level were studied among the two groups, such as, family size, maternal and paternal age, level of education and [Prenatal, perinatal and post natal] risk factors. The maternal age at time of birth and the [Prenatal, natal and post natal] risk factors showed statistical association with I.Q level
