Patient satisfaction in medical unit

ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to assess the factors which cause satisfaction for male patients in medical wards; and to determine the relationship of these factors with age, education and length of stay. A questionnaire interview was developed and carried out on eighty patients in medical wards at Alexandria Main University Hospital for 3 months. The result of the study showed that, confidence in doctors was the most important factor of patient's satisfaction
