ABSTRACT

The authors reports two cases of rupture of a pregnant rudimentary horn in the 2nd trimester. Signs of clinical shock by massive intraperitoneal hemorrhage proposed a diagnosis of extra uterine pregnancy in the first case and the diagnosis of rupture of the pregnant rudimentary horn in the 2nd case.
