Se presenta el caso de un complejo en una joven de 16 anos que presentaba ictiosis simple, retinitis pigmentaria, polidactilia, nanismo y obesidad.Se resume el diagnostico diferencial con otros sindromes que se asemejan por la presencia en todos ellos de ictiosis y lesiones oculares
