Influência do lodo de esgoto doméstico e lodo de água sobre a mesofauna edáfica / Influence of domestic wastewater sludge and water sludge on edaphic mesofauna

ABSTRACT

Domestic wastewater sludge and water sludge were applied on a Cambicsoil in the Campus of Agrarian Science School of Federal University of Parana, Curitiba, Brazil. Sisty days after the application, the community and population of Oribatei (Acari Cryptostigmata) and Collembola )Insecta) were evaluated with funnel 9Berleze's modified type). The soil sampling was carried out on the depth 0-5 cm. The field observation shows that, althought they increased 30 days after the application, the populations of Oribatei and Collembola in the application area were closed to these in the nun-application area
