RESUMEN
La utilización de fármacos trombolíticos o fibrinolíticos en pacientes con infarto agudo de miocardio (IAM), se basa en la confirmación fisiopatológica que en el 80-90 por ciento de los casos el mecanismo inmediato desencadenante es la trombosis intracoronaria.
