Análisis psicométrico de la escala de evaluación docente de la Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana / Psychometric analysis of the scale of educational evaluation of the Ibero-american University Corporation

RESUMEN

Este artículo, presenta el análisis psicométrico de la escala de evaluación docente de la Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana. La prueba está constituida por 27 reactivos con 5 adjetivos de anclaje. Se aplicó a una muestra probabilística de 307 estudiantes de la institución. Los análisis ítem-test e ítem-ítem, mostraron correlaciones significativas que demuestran que los reactivos discriminan de acuerdo al constructo medido. El análisis factorial mostró una solución rotada de tres factores explicativos de las tres dimensiones que pretende medir la prueba, la consistencia interna arrojó índices iguales a (.9541) coeficiente tetha y de (.9560) coeficiente omega, que demuestran una buena estructura interna para el instrumento, la confiabilidad de la prueba se determinó por medio del Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo un coeficiente de (.95).

ABSTRACT

This article, presents the psychometric analysis of the scale of educational evaluation of the Iberoamerican University Corporation. The test this incorporated one for 27 reagents with 5 anchorage adjectives. It was applied to a probabilistic sample of 307 students of the Institution. The analyses article-test and article-article, they showed significant correlations that demonstrate that the reagents discriminate against according to the construct measured.
