RESUMEN

Se establecieron de forma panorámica las características morfológicas, funcionales e inmunológicas de la piel; los elementos asociados al envejecimiento y fotoenvejecimiento y la utilización de modelos experimentales que permitan evaluar estos fenómenos, de los cuales se expusieron algunos resultados obtenidos.

ABSTRACT

This paper presented an overview of the morphological, functional and immune characteristics of the skin, the elements associated to aging and photodamage in aging and the use of experimental models that allow assessing these phenomena. Some achieved results were set forth.
