RESUMO

Neste artigo apresentaremos uma introdução à análise teórica-clínica-institucional que une os termos infância e legalidade a partir da perspectiva psicanalítica. Analisaremos como se estabelecem as bases para a sustentação intergeracional da instituição da infância – como metáfora do sujeito – por meio de quatro eixos de análise da questão, que nos permitem chegar à hipótese Infância em Estado de Exceção.

ABSTRACT

In this paper we present an introduction to the theoretical analysis-clinical-institutional that ties the terms childhood and legality from the perspective of the psychoanalysis. This essay aims at analyzing how the bases are tunneled for the intergenerational support of childhood institution – as long as metaphor of the subject – through the four axes of analysis of the question that allow us to arrive to the hypothesis Childhood in State of Exception.
