A ação territorial do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial em sua natureza substitutiva / The territorial action of the Centro de Atenção Psicossocial as indicator of its substitutive nature

RESUMO

Tomou-se como campo de investigação um Ccentro de Atenção Psicossocial (CcAPS), situado no município do Rio de Janeiro, para verificar como se organiza o seu cotidiano, investigando as possibilidades de suas ações tanto no seu interior quanto em relação ao território. Foram eleitas como categorias de análise a responsabilidade pela demanda, a porta aberta, a atenção às situações de crise e o trabalho territorial, por estas características se articularem em um serviço substitutivo. Utilizou-se de observação participante e de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com profissionais do serviço. A investigação ressalta a importância de chegar ao cotidiano deste dispositivo um entendimento das transformações que pode operar.

ABSTRACT

The Psychosocial Attention Ccenter (Ccaps) in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was taken as a field of investigation in order to verify how its everyday praxis is organized, investigating the possibilities of its actions, either inside the institution or in relation to the territory. It was elected as analysis category the responsibility towards demand, the open door, the attention to crises situations and the territorial work, for these characteristics are articulated to a substitutive service. A participant observation was used as well as semi-structured interviews with some professionals who work in the CcAPS. The investigation emphasizes the importance of making the everyday work reach an understanding of the transformations it can operate.
