Lesão, plasticidade e reabilitação do sistema muscular / Injury, plasticity and rehabilitation of the muscular system

RESUMO

É importante dizer que não há adaptação do tecido muscular sem que ocorra lesão. Plasticidade muscular é a capacidade do tecido se adaptar a diferentes situações impostas. Imediatamente após a lesão ocorre a proliferação de células inflamatórias as quais desencadeiam uma série de fatores com um único objetivo de reparação tecidual. A incidência de recidivas de lesões musculares é bastante comum, significando cerca de 30,6%, o que pode ser evitado com um tratamento preciso e imediato. Com base no que foi dito anteriormente o objetivo desta revisão é o de investigar os tipos de lesão muscular e os eventos celulares que ocorrem na lesão muscular, bem como definir a importância do diagnóstico e do tratamento na lesão muscular. Quanto as características das lesões musculares sabe-se que é de extrema importância o conhecimento dos eventos e mecanismos que ocorrem e que levam a lesão muscular, devido o conhecimento sobre tal possibilitar o diagnóstico mais conciso e um tratamento mais preciso, evitando-se assim recidivas de lesões.

ABSTRACT

It is important to say that it does not have adaptation on the muscular tissue without that injury occurs. Muscular plasticity is the capacity of the tissue to adapt the different imposed situations. Immediately after the injury occurs the proliferation of inflammatory cells which unchain a series of factors with an only objective of tecidual repairing. The incidence of recurrence of muscular injuries is common, about 30,6%, what it can be prevented with immediate and necessary treatment. On the basis of the one that was said previously the objective of this revision is to investigate the cellular types of muscular injury and events that occur in the muscular injury, as well the importance of the diagnosis and the treatment in the muscular injury. The muscular injuries characteristics know that it is of extreme importance the knowledge of the events and mechanisms that occur and that they take the muscular injury, due the knowledge on such to make possible the diagnosis and treatment most concise, preventing thus recurrence of injuries.
