Talleres de promoción de resiliencia para adolescentes en alto riesgo social / Promotion of resilience`s factories for adolescents in high social risk

RESUMEN

Se plantea un trabajo de Terapia Ocupacional asesorando y realizando seguimiento de un trabajo de campo en la ciudad de Salta, a cargo del área de Medicina en la Promoción De Factores Resilientes con un grupo de adolescentes en una de las sedes de la ONG Padre Martearena en el Barrio Villa Juanita, población de alto riesgo social , lo cual plantea la necesidad de realizar intervenciones basadas en las teorías de la resiliencia, a fin de lograr consolidar los mecanismos de defensa de los jóvenes destinatarios, y que este fortalecimiento. Objetivo General Promover y fomentar los factores productores de resiliencia en los adolescentes que se encuentran en situación de alto riesgo social. Metodología: Intervención con modalidad de taller. Instrumentos Observación participante. Encuestas estructuradas. Test de Factores Protectores. Técnicas utilizadas debate, árbol de problemas, lluvia de ideas, actividades artesanales. Resultados y Conclusiones: A través de la aplicación del Test de factores protectores, se pudo encontrar resultados dentro de rangos aceptables, con algunas excepciones. Los valores más bajos estuvieron relacionados con la capacidad empática y la formulación de objetivos de vida. La modalidad de taller permitió conocer a los adolescentes e intervenir desde la actividad produciendo impacto en la autoestima general y en la apertura y dinámica del grupo. Se observó una muy buena respuesta a los talleres, con un desarrollo de mejor disciplina, mayor autocontrol y compromiso con la actividad con el transcurso de los talleres. Los adolescentes participantes mostraron interés y ello quedo reflejado en la regularidad de concurrencia a los encuentros pactados.

ABSTRACT

This is a work of Occupational Therapy advising and making pursuit of a work of field in the city of Jumps, in charge of the area of Medicine in the Promotion De Factores Resilientes with a group of adolescents in one of the seats of the ONG Martearena Father in the District Villa Juanita, population of high social risk, which raises the necessity to make interventions based on the theories of the resilience, in order to manage to consolidate the mechanisms of defense of the young adressees, and who this fortification. General mission To promote and to foment the producing factors of resilience in the adolescents who are in situation of high social risk. Methodology: Intervention with factory modality. Instruments Participant observation. Structured surveys. Test of Protective Factors. techniques debate, tree of problems, rain of ideas, artisan activities. Results and Conclusions: Through the application of the Test of protective factors, it was possible to be found results within acceptable ranks, with some exceptions. The lowest values were related to the empática capacity and the formulation of life objectives. The factory modality allowed to know a the adolescents and to take part from the activity producing impact in the general self-esteem and the opening and dynamics of the group. A very good answer was observed the factories, with a development of better discipline, greater automatic control and commitment with the activity with the course of the factories. The participant adolescents showed interest and it I am reflected in the regularity of concurrence to the agreed encounter.
