Lazer e meio ambiente: as práticas educativas e desensibilização na natureza por meio do lazer e seu potencial na Estação de Pesquisa, Treinamento e Educação Ambiental Matado Paraíso em Viçosa-MG / Leisure and environment: the educative and sensibility practice in nature by of the leisure and its potential in Research, Train and Environment Education Station- Mata do Paraíso in Viçosa-MG

RESUMO

As atividades de aventura enquanto possibilidades de lazer constituem-se em uma importante fonte de reflexão sobre as questões ambientais contemporâneas. Este trabalho procurou compreender a visão do público que visita o espaço natural público da Estação de Pesquisa, Treinamento e Educação Ambiental- Mata do Paraíso em Viçosa-Minas Gerais. O modelo de pesquisa escolhido foi a Pesquisa-ação, devido às atividades deste estudo se caracterizarem pelo envolvimento direto do pesquisador em projetos de extensão neste espaço. Foi possível identificar que o lazer constitui-se no principal interesse do público visitante. Conclui-se que a utilização desse espaço para atividades de lazer foi capaz de promover experiências educativas significativas de sensibilização para a relação ser humano/natureza, bem como, produzir conhecimento para os órgãos e agentes envolvidos no planejamento crítico de atividades educativas neste local.

ABSTRACT

The adventure’s activities while leisure possibilities constitute in important reflexion source about the contemporary environment questions. This search tried to understand the public vision who visits the public nature space of the Research, Train and Environment Education Station in Viçosa- Minas Gerais. The chosen research model was the action-research, because the activities of this study were characterized by the direct involvement of researcher in extension projects in this space. It was possible to identify that leisure is the main interest of the visitant public . The research concluded that the utilization of this space to leisure activity was able to promote significant educative experiences of the sensibilization for the relation human being/ nature, as well as to make knowledge to institutions and agents involved in critique planning of educative activities in this location.
