RESUMO

Médica fisiologista, com funções no quadro hospitalar de um laboratório de exploração funcional respiratória, preservo um espaço de palavra, um instante de dizer a todos os pacientes que fazem um balanço e uma avaliação de sua função respiratória. Foi nesse cenßrio que encontrei os pacientes apresentados neste trabalho. Todos os quatro são acometidos por doenças somáticas reais, medicamente confirmadas. Tratar a doença com a medicina e tratar o doente com a psicanálise, é com este custo que o tratamento psicanalítico pode continuar a se realizar numa medicina cada vez mais tecno-científica e desumanizante

ABSTRACT

As a physiologist medical doctor, with functions in the hospitalar department of a laboratory of respiration functional research, I reserve some words, an instant of sayingo to all the patients who take a stock and have an evaluation of their respiratory function. It was in this scene that I found the patients involved in this research. All the four patients are affected by real somatic, clinically confirmed diseases. Treat the disease by medicine and treat the patient by psychoanalysis; it is the way in which the psychoanalytic treatment can continue to be practiced in a more and more techno-scientific and dehumanizing medicine
