Acompanhamento terapêutico: vertigens da clínica no concreto da cidade / Therapeutic accompaniment: vertigos of the clinic in the concrete of the city

RESUMO

Este artigo tem como ponto de partida o percurso de uma experiência desenvolvida desde 1998 junto ao Instituto de Psicologia da UFRGS, em parceria com serviços de saúde mental da rede pública, tendo a atividade do acompanhamento terapêutico (AT) como vetor no contexto da reforma psiquiátrica, o acompanhamento terapêutico torna-se uma função emblemática da interpenetração das disciplinas psi com o espaço e tempo da cidade. Se diferentes vertentes da clínica disponibilizam ferramentas conceituais com as quais se constrói a prática do AT, é do encontro entre acompanhante e acompanhado em meio à cidade e seus jogos de força que surgem as interpelações que aqui lançamos, em retorno, no campo da clínica, à psicanálise mesma

ABSTRACT

This article has as starting point the course of an experience developed since 1998 close to the Institute of Psychology of UFRGS, with the activity of the therapeutic accompaniment (AT) as vector, in partnership with services of mental health of the public net in the context of the psychiatric reform, the therapeutic accompaniment becomes an emblematic function of the interpenetration of the psy's disciplines with the space and time of the city. If different sources of the clinic slope make available conceptual tools with which the practice of AT is built, it is of the encounter among companion and accompanied in the city and its games of force that appear the interpellations that here threw, in return, in the field of the clinic, to the same psychoanalysis:
