Overdenture: relação entre o sistema de retenção e o espaço maxilomandibular / Overdenture: relation between system and the intermaxillary space

RESUMO

O presente trabalho visa mostrar uma técnica de alteração do sistema retentivo de uma overdenture, em razão do espaço maxilomandibular diminuído, que não permite a colocação de um sistema original pelo fato de seu tamanho comprometer a estética e interferir na relação interdental.

ABSTRACT

The present aim showed one technique of overdenture retentive system alteration, since the intermaxillary space diminished, that it does not allow to place an original system founded on fact its size compromise the aesthetic one, and to intervene with the interdental relation.
