ABSTRACT
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a not microbial pustular rash of acute onset and usually associated with the ingestion of drugs in patients without history of psoriasis. We report the case of a 50 year-old female patient who presented pustular lesions on erythematous plaques associated with the intake of terbinafine, and received corticosteroid treatment with remission of the symptoms, but three months later, she presented a recurrence without medication intake.
