ABSTRACT
Coronary aneurysms are very rare their frequency ranges between 1% and 2%. The most frequent associated disease in atherosclerosis, although they have also been described associated to infections or connective tissue diseases, Kawasaki's disease, thoracic traumas and of congenital origin. Furthermore, they are sometimes related to coronary stenting (including drug-eluting stenting) and intracoronary brachytherapy. Their evolution is not well known and their most serious complications are thrombosis, embolization and rupture. The literature review revealed that they can be treated safely with stent grafts.
