Legitimação do laço homossexual: um acolhimento possível na realidade social da hipermodernidade / Legal legitimacy of homosexual relationship: a possible acceptance in the social reality of hypermodernity

RESUMO

O texto envolve tema discutido em todo o mundo ocidental a reivindicação dos homossexuais masculinos por legitimação de suas parcerias e a constituição familiar a partir da adoção e da procriação assistida. Tais reivindicações modificam laços sociais, provocando mal-estar por tocarem em estruturas simbólicas até então resguardadas, tais como a diferença sexual no casamento e nas figuras parentais e a reprodução sexuada. Apesar disso, observa-se que a sociedade vem acolhendo e dando voz aos homossexuais masculinos, o que não acontecia cerca de meio século atrás, quando esses sujeitos viviam estigmatizados, à margem da sociedade. Discutem-se, aqui, a partir de formalizações psicanalíticas, alguns fatores que possibilitaram tal acolhimento. Freud está presente, mas, a grande ênfase recai no ensino de Lacan e de autores contemporâneos orientados pelo mesmo. Hipermodernidade é o significante que se elege para denominar nossa época, aqui contextualizada. Nela se identifica a realidade social em que o Outro não existe, ou seja, em que se observa o declínio e a pluralização do Nome-do-Pai e de seus ideais consistentes, que norteavam a civilização. O Pai, que na fórmula da sexuação, representa o "Outro Todo" declinou, revelando sua inexistência, seu semblante, sua ficção. Subiu à cena o "Outro não-todo", ilimitado e inconsistente, representado pelo lado feminino da fórmula da sexuação. O predomínio do não-todo flexibilizou as morais rígidas e abriu campo para o reconhecimento e a acolhida das diversidades, possibilitando a emergência de reivindicações dos homossexuais masculinos. Identificou-se o discurso e o modo de gozo em que predominam as coordenadas discursivas da ciência e do capitalismo, comandando os sujeitos à caça ao mais de gozar. O imperativo de que todos têm o direito e o dever de serem felizes e gozarem dos recursos que a ciência oferece fez da família um objeto desejado e consumido, contribuindo para a produção das referidas demandas.

ABSTRACT

The text involves a subject discussed throughout the western world the demand of all male homosexual for recognition of the legal legitimacy of their relationship and the corresponding family unit starting with adoption and assisted procreation. Such demands change social bonds, inciting discomfort for touching symbolic structures so far safeguarded; such as the sexual differences in the marriage, in the parental figures and the sexual reproduction. Despite this, it is observed that society has been accepting and listening to male homosexuals, which did not happened half a century ago, when these individuals lived stigmatised in society's margin. It is discussed here, from a formalised psychoanalytic viewpoint, some factors that made this acceptance possible. Freud is cited, but, the main emphasis is in Lacan's teaching and in his contemporaries. Hypermodernity, the definition of our time, is here put into context. It identifies the social reality where "the other" does not exist. In other words, there is the observed decline and pluralisation of the Name-of-the-Father and of its consistent ideals that guided Western civilisation. The Father, that in the formula of intercourse represents the 'Other Whole' declined, revealing its inexistence, its resemblance, its fiction. It took over the 'Other Non-Whole', unlimited and inconsistent, representing the female formula of the intercourse. The predominance of the non-whole made more flexible the rigid morals and opened a field for the recognition and acceptance of diversity, making possible the emergence of the demands of male homosexuals. Identified this discourse and the mode of enjoyment in which the discursive coordinates of science and capitalism predominate, commanding subjects to hunt for more enjoyment.
