Análise das alterações posturais em atletas de voleibol feminino nas categorias infantil e infanto juvenil / Analysis of postural changes in volleybal athletes in categories of child youth and children

RESUMO

Introdução: Atualmente o voleibol é um dos esportes mais populares do mundo, sendo praticado por cerca de 200 milhões de atletas em todo o mundo. Objetivo: O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar as alterações posturais em atletas de voleibol feminino das categorias infantil e infanto juvenil, utilizando a fotogrametria computadorizada. Método: Foram analisadas 28 atletas de voleibol das categorias infantil e infanto juvenil, com idade entre 12 a 17 anos. As atletas receberam uma avaliação postural e foram analisadas por um registro fotográfico nas vistas anterior,lateral e posterior. A câmera foi colocada em um local previamente demarcado, aproximadamente 3,5m de distância das atletas e o tripé estava a 90 cm do chão. Resultados: Ficou constatado que 75% das atletas possuíam a cabeça rodada para a esquerda, enquanto que 25% possuem a cabeça rodada para a direita. Que 71,4% das atletas possuíam o ombro elevado à esquerda, enquanto que 28,6% o ombro é elevado à direita. Em relação às espinhas ilíacas ântero superiores, 64,3% apresentavam elevação à esquerda, enquanto que 35,7% elevação à direita. Nas alterações de cadeias, 60,7% apresentaram alterações na cadeia descendente, enquanto 39,3% demonstraram alterações na cadeia ascendente. Ficou demonstrado que as atletas possuem uma discordância no centro de gravidade, sendo que 42,8% possuem o CG anteriorizado para a esquerda, 32,1% o CG lateralizado à esquerda e 21,4% das atletas possuem o CG anteriorizado à direita. Conclusão: Concluiu-se que as alterações posturais em atletas de voleibol são freqüentes devido aos próprios fundamentos da modalidade esportiva, sendo de grande importância à implantação de medidas terapêuticas.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Currently the volleyball is one of the most popular sports in the world, being practiced by some 200 million athletes around the world. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the postural changes in female volleyball athletes category infant and child youth, using computerized photogrammetry. Method: A total of 28 volleyball athletes category infant and child youth aged 12 to 17 years. The athletes received a postural assessment and were analyzed bya photographic record in the anterior, lateral and posterior. The camera was placed in a location previously marked, approximately 3.5 m away from the athletes and the tripod was 90cm from the ground. Results: It was found that 75% of the athletes had the head rotated to the left, while 25% have the head turned to the right. That 71.4% of the athletes had shoulder high to the left, while 28.6% is high on the shoulder to the right. In relation to ASIS, 64.3% were high on the left, while 35.7% increase on the right. Changes in chains, 60.7% showed changes in the chain trend, while 39.3% showed changes in the upward chain. It was demonstrated that athletes have a mismatch in the center of gravity, and 42.8% had CG anterior to the left, 32.1% GC lateralized to the left and 21.4% of the athletes have the right anterior CG. Conclusion: We have concluded that the postural changes in volleyball athletes are frequent due to the very foundations of the sport, being of great importance to the implementation of therapeutic measures.
