A influência psicossocial da família e da escola no projeto de vida no trabalho dos jovens / The psychosocial influence of family and school in the life project in the work of the youth

RESUMO

O presente artigo visa refletir sobre as forças em movimento na construção do projeto de vida no trabalho do jovem na contemporaneidade, principalmente marcado pela influência do projeto familiar e do projeto educativo, que tem seus valores, princípios e práticas marcados por um habitus de classe, que pode restringir ou possibilitar esse processo de construção. Constatou-se que a análise desse processo deve levar em conta as relações e resultantes possíveis entre habitus de classe distintos e semelhantes, a relação entre os diversos habitus e a ideologia dominante, e as influências de ambos nas práticas dos jovens que estão construindo seus projetos de vida. Concluiu-se que todo jovem tem à sua disposição um conjunto de possibilidades e limites psicossociais, que variam a cada grupo social e que, tanto a família quanto a escola, devem auxiliar nesse processo de forma contextualizada, evitando modelos genéricos que imponham práticas e escolhas de dado habitus.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to reflect on the forces in motion in the construction of the life project in the work of young people in the contemporary world, mainly marked by the influence of the family and of the education project, which have their values, principles, and practices determined by a class habitus, which can restrict or allow such construction process. It was verified that the analysis of this process should take into account the possible relations and results established between similar and distinct class habitus, the relationship between the various habitus and the prevailing ideology, and the influences of both in the practices of youths that are building their life projects. It was concluded that every young person has at his/her disposal a range of psychosocial possibilities and limits, which vary for each social group, and that both family and school should assist in this process in a contextualized way, avoiding generic models that impose practices and choices of a specific habitus.
