Disfunción sexual masculina y patrón A de conducta / Male sexual dysfunction and pattern A of behavior

RESUMEN

Se valoró la importancia que para la sexualidad humana tienen los factores psicosociales. La disfunción sexual ha sido aceptada como trastorno psicosomático, por lo cual en su evaluación integral se estudia el patrón A de conducta, considerado como un connotado modulador del estrés. Se estudiaron 90 sujetos con disfunción sexual predominantemente psicógena provenientes de la consulta multidisciplinaria de sexología del Instituto Superior de Medicina Militar "Dr. Luis Díaz Soto". Se considera que en pacientes con esta disfunción existe una mayor propensión a presentar el tipo A de patrón de conducta. En ellos se confirmó la presencia de distrés.

ABSTRACT

The importance of psychosocial factors for human sexuality is assessed in this paper. Secual dysfunction has been accepted as a psychomatic disorder, and that´s why the pattern A of behaviour, considered as a stress modulator, is studied in its comprehensive evaluation. 90 individuals with predominantly psychogenic sexual dysfunction attended by a multidisciplinary sexology team at the "Dr. Luis Diaz Soto" Higher Institute of Military Medicine were studied. It is considered that among patients with this dysfunction there is a higher tren towards the pattern A of behavior. The presence of distress was confirmed.
