A feminilidade: de um outro a um outro / The femininity: from another to another

RESUMO

O percurso freudiano sobre a feminilidade é marcado por vários impasses e ambiguidades e conclui sobre seu caráter enigmático. Neste artigo, discute-se a representação do enigma da feminilidade levando-se em consideração que a assunção a ela significa enfrentar e aceitar o irrepresentável. Assim, são abordadas as relações entre a feminilidade e a histeria, bem como as suas ligações com a pulsão de morte, utilizando fragmentos de textos literários que ajudam a pensar sobre esta questão.

ABSTRACT

Freudian path on femininity is marked by several deadlocks and ambiguities and concludes about its enigmatic character. In this article, we discuss the representation of the enigma of femininity taking into consideration that the assumption to it means to con front and accept the non-representable. Therefore, we approach the relationships between femininity and hysteria, as well as its connections with the death drive, using fragments of literary texts that help us think about this issue.
