Este CAT (Critically Appraised Topic) respondió a la interrogante en deportistas recreacionales que presentan esguince crónico de tobillo ¿el entrenamiento propioceptivo puede disminuir su recurrencia? La pregunta clínica se realizó en tres partes paciente, intervención y resultado. El propósito fue comprobar la validez, resultados y efectividad de los ejercicios propioceptivos en deportistas recreacionales que presentan esguince crónico de tobillo para disminuir su recurrencia a partir del artículo Effectiveness of proprioceptive exercises for ankle ligament injury in adults A systematic literatura and meta-analysis, de Postle, et al.
ABSTRACT
This CAT (Critically Appraised Topic) answered the question In recreational athletes suffering from chronic ankle sprain, can proprioceptive exercises reduce its recurrence? The clinical question was analyzed in three parts patient, intervention and outcome. The purpose was to test the validity, results and effectiveness of proprioceptive exercises in recreational athletes suffering from chronic ankle sprain to reduce its recurrence from the article "Effectiveness of proprioceptive exercises for ankle ligament injury in adults A systematic literature and meta-analisys "Postle1 (2012).
