RESUMO

A urgência subjetiva é uma experiência de angústia extrema que impele o sujeito a passar ao ato em situações de grave crise existencial. O sofrimento psíquico emergencial eclode como puro ato e ao analista cabe resignificar esses momentos com a escuta, a palavra e o convite para a continuidade do tratamento. Este artigo consiste na apresentação de um caso clínico acompanhado pela analista em uma instituição psiquiátrica. Trata-se de um sujeito neurótico obsessivo grave que se identifica como alcoolista e que, após um ato que colocou em risco sua própria vida, pôde renomear seu sintoma, promovendo, assim, uma abertura do inconsciente. A intervenção de um analista na instituição psiquiátrica pode produzir efeitos de regulação do excesso pulsional, reinserindo o sujeito no campo da fala e lhe restituindo sua relação com o inconsciente.

ABSTRACT

The subjective urgency is an experience of extreme anxiety that drives the subject to pass to the act in situations of severe existential crisis. The psychological distress of the emergency breaks out as pure act, and it is up to the analyst reframe these moments by listening to the word and the inviting the subject to continue the treatment. This article is the presentation of a clinical case by the analyst in a psychiatric institution. This is a serious obsessive neurotic subject who identifies himself as an alcoholic and that after an act that endangered his own life, could rename his symptom, thus promoting an opening of the unconscious. The intervention of an analyst in the psychiatric institution can produce the effect of regulating the excessive drive, reinserting the subject in the field of speech and you restoring its relationship with the unconscious.

L'urgence subjective est une expérience d'anxiété extrême qui conduit le sujet à passer à l'acte dans des situations de grave crise existentielle. La détresse psychologique de l’urgence éclate comme acte pur, et il appartient à l’ analyste de recadrer ces moments en écoutant la parole et en invitant le patient à continuer le traitement. Cet article est la présentation d'un cas clinique par l'analyste dans une institution psychiatrique. C'est un sujet grave névrosé obsessionnel qui s'identifie comme un alcoolique et que, après un acte mettant en danger sa propre vie, a pu renommer son symptôme, favorisant ainsi une ouverture de l'inconscient. L'intervention d'un analyste dans l'institution psychiatrique peut produire l’ effets de réguler l'excès de pulsion de réinsérer le sujet dans le champ de la parole et de lui restaurer sa relation avec l'inconscient.
