Lazer ativo e saúde: perspectivas e desafios / Active leisure and health: perspectives and challenges

RESUMO

O presente artigo teve como objetivo discutir sobre relações entre lazer ativo e saúde, no sentido de apontar desafios. No primeiro momento abordo a produção acadêmica, focalizando alguns estudos críticos relacionados à temática do lazer e da saúde. No segundo momento mostro elementos sobre essa temática a partir de uma pesquisa que coordenei e por último, após as discussões realizadas, aponto desafios pra pensarmos sobre a relação entre lazer e saúde.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to discuss relations between active leisure and health, to point out challenges. At first I discuss academic production, focusing on some critical studies related to the theme of leisure and health. In the second time I show elements on this topic from a coordinated research and lastly after the discussions, challenges aim to think about the relationship between leisure and health.
