ABSTRACT
Dental fractures have consequences like loss of tooth structure, occlusal changes and possible impairment of function and esthetics, which also can compromise patients self esteem. Thus, the aim of this study is to report three cases with different types of fractures of cuspids in posterior teeth. Treatment involved bonding of ceramic fragments allowing a minimally invasive rehabilitation, restoring function and esthetics. It was concluded that ceramic fragments appeared to be a simple, effective and highly conservative restorative approach for preservation of remaining tooth structure.
