ABSTRACT
In the last 25-30 years, the relationship doctor-patient has had a lot change, more than all change of the last 25 previous century. Since Hippocrates the principle of beneficence always has been seen a paternalistic act by the doctor. On the last 50-60 years, the principle of autonomy adquire increasingly more relevance. For the doctors has been very difficult to leave the paternalistic conception and assume a more symmetrical relationship doctor-patient. For other side the principle of justice, demand to the doctor not only diagnosis and to treat the patient, as well to manage the resourses of health.
