Implementación del análisis de la situación de salud en una unidad básica sanitaria de Brasil / Implementation of the health situation analysis in a health basic unit from Brazil

RESUMEN

Se efectuó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal de 618 familias con 1 943 habitantes, pertenecientes a la Unidad Básica de Salud No. 1 São Vicente, del municipio de Vianópolis, en el estado Goiás, Brasil, durante los meses de mayo a julio del 2015, con vistas a realizar el análisis de la situación de salud del año 2014, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la Universidad de Mato Grosso del Sur. Los datos fueron recolectados en el Departamento de Estadísticas de la Secretaría de Salud, y a través de encuestas aplicadas a los agentes comunitarios de salud y a la población, y entrevistas efectuadas a diferentes actores sociales formales e informales. Los principales problemas fueron las altas incidencias de hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus, alcoholismo y adolescentes gestantes, así como el poco conocimiento de las personas hipertensas sobre su enfermedad y los malos hábitos dietéticos y sociales.

ABSTRACT

An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study of 618 families with 1 943 inhabitants, belonging to the Health Basic Unit No. 1, São Vicente, of the Vianópolis municipality, in the Goiás state, Brazil, during the months of May to July, 2015, with the objective of carrying out the analysis of the health situation of 2014, for which the methodology of the Mato Grosso of the South University was used. Data were collected in the Statistical Department from the Health Secretary, and through surveys applied to the health community agents and the population, and formal and informal interviews made to different social actors. The main problems were the high incidences of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, alcoholism and pregnant adolescents, as well as the little knowledge of hypertensive people on their disease and the bad dietary and social habits.
