ABSTRACT

Under the background of the high-quality development of public hospitals and performance appraisal of public hospitals,the satisfaction management of the medical experience has become a hot and difficult issue.Anhui Children's Hospital has constructed the"two-three-three"management mode of patient medical experience,That is,external and internal satisfaction,three-level management,three-level index monitoring and assessment sys-tem.This management mode has achieved certain results,in improving the hospital's internal performance assess-ment,professional title promotion,annual evaluation and other management systems,to achieve scientific,re-fined and standardized management of medical experience,continuous improvement and enhancement of patients'satisfaction with medical experience,to provide experience and reference for medical experience management of medical institutions.
