ABSTRACT
@#Objective To investigate the relationship between serum AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1 and the progression and recurrence of acute cerebral infarction. Methods This study adopts a prospective study 120 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research group, and 120 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group, and the difference between the two groups was compared. The differences in the levels of AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1,Nrf2,and ARE in patients with different disease severity and different recurrence conditions were analyzed to determine the correlation between AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1 and the progression and recurrence of acute cerebral infarction. Results AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1,Nrf2,ARE levels were significantly higher than those in the control group;AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1,Nrf2,and ARE levels are statistically significant.through correlation analysis;the severity and recurrence of the patients withcerebral infarction were positively correlated with the levels of AHSG,AQP1,TIMP-1,Nrf2,and ARE.Conclusion In the progression and recurrence of cerebral infarction disease, through the regulation of Nrf2/ARE signal pathway, serum AHSG,AQP1 and TIMP-1 levels show a significant upward trend.
