Brief discussion about reason and countermeasure of medical dispute in specialized hospital / 中华医学科研管理杂志

ABSTRACT

The author retrospectively analyzed some major causes of medical disputes happened in the third-level A specialized tumor hospital,and summarized the countermeasures of training the resident doctors in terms of these dispute causes,which played very good role in reducing the dispute rate and improring medical administrative quality.
