ABSTRACT

Recently, we are confronted with prblems of dcelince in emplpyment rate,increase in contract breach and empleyement imbalance among different majors, ect. In this paper, we improved em-ployment work from the apects of implementation concept and methods of occupation career planning ed-ucation, entrepreneurship education, employment information system construction and quality feedback mechanism construction.
