ABSTRACT
Objective To study the early(onset time in 1 h~7 d)rehabilitative training on the limb function of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction(1h-7d)were intervened with early rehabilitative training on limbs for 12 weeks.Ashworth limb spasticity scale and Fugl-Meye motor function scale were used to assess the rehabilitative effect before the training as well as after the training. Results The score by Fugl-Meye motor function scale after rehabilitative training was significantly higher than before training(P<0.05),and the score by Ashworth limb spasticity scale significantly lower than before training(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitative training was 93.3%.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training in patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective for the general recovery of their limb functions.
