Simultaneous determination three kinds of components in Longze Xiongdan capsule by RP-HPLC / 国际药学研究杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gentiopicroside,berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Longze Xiongdan capsule. Methods The separation was performed on a DIKMA Platisil ODS column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm)with gradient elution using methanol and 0.1%H3PO4 aqueous solution as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Results Linear ranges of gentiopicroside,berberine hydrochloride and baicalin concentrations were 0.019-0.38 μg(r=0.9999),0.15-3.00μg(r=1.0000)and 0.078-1.56μg(r=0.9997),respectively. Their average recoveries fell between 98.97%and 101.30%. Conclusion The method can be used as the standard for the quality control of Longze Xiongdan capsule.
