ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis. Methods 98 cases of infant bronchiolitis were collected, and they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group. The control group used dexamethasone inhalation therapy, the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation therapy. In the two groups, the clinical symptoms disappeared time and adverse reaction were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 73.47% of the control group (x2 =16.254,P < 0.05).The wheezing disappearance time in the observation group was (2.88 ± 0.68) d,which was significantly shorter than (3.90 ± 0.82) d in the control group (t =12.065,P < 0.05).The duration of cough in the observation group was (5.08 ± 2.03) d,which was significantly shorter than (6.70 ± 2.06) d in the control group (t =9.562,P < 0.05).The remission time of shortness of breath in the observation group was (2.42 ± 1.46) d,which was significantly shorter than (3.39 ± 2.08) d in the control group (t =13.548,P < 0.05).The wheeze disappeared time in the observation group was (3.59 ± 1.08) d,which was significantly shorter than (5.21 ± 2.40) d in the control group(t =8.692,P < 0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was (6.89 ± 1.36)d,which was significantly shorter than (8.92 ± 1.96) d in the control group (t =10.594,P < 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis has significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote recovery, and it is worthy of clinical application.
