ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of Yiganzhuanyintang(YGZYT)Ⅰ,Ⅱ,prepared in this hospital,on HBV and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B.METHODS:100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groupstreatment group,YGZYT Ⅰ,Ⅱ(dissolved in 150ml water,bid po)and control group,liver function protecting agents.The therapeutic course was 6 months.RESULTS:In treatment group,ALT was obviously decreased and negative turn-over rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were 44.7% and 42.1% respectively with significant differences from those in control group(P
