ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the3pharmacotherapeutic schemes for biliary tract infections by pharmacoeconomic method.METHODS:
Scheme Acefazolin+metronidazole;Scheme Bampicillin+gentamicin+metronidazole;Scheme Clome?floxacin injection+metronidazole.These three schemes were retrospectively analysed with cost-effectiveness analy?sis.RESULTS:
Scheme C had the lowest cost-effectiveness ratio with the highest total effective rate.CONCLUSION:
Scheme C is the best one.
