Imbalance of Th1/Th2 Cytokines Produced by PBMC in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension / 中华围产医学杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the change of Th1, Th2 cytokine levels in culture supernatants of PBMC in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods 43 PIH patients, 15 normal pregnant women, and 15 healthy non-pregnant women were studied randomly. Levels of IL-2?IFN? and IL-4 in culture supernatants of PBMC were detected by ELISA.
