AIM:To explore the role of tumor n ecrosis factor alpha(TN F-?) in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. METHODS:The proliferation and apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) in vitro were detected with flow cytometry, electron microscopy and TUNEL.
