ABSTRACT

Objective To study level of the expression of RAR? mRNA in the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The biopsies were taken from skin lesions in 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the skin of 10 normal controls, and levels of RAR? mRNA were investigated with RT-PCR.
