ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined triprolidine hy-drochloride on prurigo in children.METHODS:656cases of prurigo children were divided into3groups at random.216cases in group A were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets;210cases in group B were treated with triprolidine hydrochloride and230cases in group C were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined triprolidine hydrochloride.RESULTS:The total ef-fective rates of the tA,B,C groups were69.4%,81.0%and96.1%respectively,significant differences were found between group C and group B and A(P
