Study on Quality Standards for Qudu Capsules / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Qudu capsules. METHODS: TLC was used to identify Rheum Palmatum, Phellodendron Amurense, Angelica Sinensis and Pheretima Aspergillum in Qudu capsules. HPLC was used to determine the content of the effective ingredient Paeonia Lactiflora. RESULTS: The spots characteristic of Rheum Palmatum, Phellodendron Amurense, Angelica Sinensis and Pheretima Aspergillum were found through detection by TLC. The linear range of Paeonia Lactiflora was 0. 094 4～ 0. 944 0? g( r=0. 999 8) . The average recovery was 99. 94% ( RSD=1. 74) . CONCLUSIONS: This standard can be used for the quality control of Qudu capsules.
