ABSTRACT
Besides its negative impacts on people's physical and mental health, the current strained physician-patient relationship also hinders hospital development, social stability and unity, formation of social morality, and the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relations. Therefore,to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become an important part of building a harmonious society.NGOs are social autonomous organizations among hospitals, doctors and patients, which mainly concern the interest relationships among those stakeholders in medical service activities. Therefore,as an active motive,NGOs are irreplaceable in promoting a harmonious development of physician-patient relationship.
