ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shao's painless Tuina manipulation in combination with nerve block therapy in treating cervical headache.Methods Sixty cases of cervical headache were randomized into treated group and control group with 30 in each.The former was treated by Shao's painless Tuina manipulation in combination with nerve block therapy while the latter by only nerve block therapy for 3 weeks.Changes of pain intensity and main syndroms between two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the treated group and control group was 93.3% and 80.0% respectively,with significant difference between(P
