Conclusion:

LCAF did not improve the local control rate and survival rate on grades Ⅰ&Ⅱ esophageal carcinoma when 40Gy had been given by CF.Grades Ⅲ&Ⅳ esophageal carcinoma will get benefit from LCAF.
