ABSTRACT

To study the effect of high altitude on the expression of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF ?1) during the healing process of radius fracture, a rat radius fracture model was established at a high altitude. The expression of TGF ?1 in callus was detected using of immunohistochemistry method.
