Analysis of effects of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia / 肠外与肠内营养

ABSTRACT

Objective:

To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia.

Methods:

28 patients with liver cirrhosis,whose albumin level was below 35 g/L,were randomly divided into two groupsrhGH treatment group and control group.Serum albumin,ALT and other items were measured 30,60 and 90 days after the start of treatment.

Results:

After 30 days,an increase in plasma albumin was observed in the two groups,but the change in the treatment group was more obvious than that in control group,An increase in plasma protein in treatment group and the decrease in control group were observed with significant difference between groups.

Conclusion:

Recombinant human growth hormone can increase the level of ambumin in liver cirrhosis patients and improve the function of liver.
