ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the clinical significance of hepatitis B virus A1762T/G1764A mutations in patients with hepatitis B. Methods A1762T/G1764A mutations were detected in 115 patients with chronic hepatitis B by gene chip, and the relationships between the mutations and clinical type, HBV-DNA, hyaluronic acid(HA), procollagen Ⅲ N-terminal peptide(PⅢP), collagen type Ⅳ(CL-Ⅳ), laminin(LN), HBeAg were analyzed.
